Is powdered aluminum illegal?
I don't know if powdered aluminum is illegal or not. But in this story a Phoenix man was arrested for making powdered aluminum by the Feds.If you ask me any law that makes it illegal to make bombs, or outlaws bombs, or the materials bombs are made of is unconstitutional per the 2nd Amendment.
Of course break any of these laws and the tyrants in the Federal government will lock you up in prison for the rest of your life. So unless you have millions of dollars to hire some sharp lawyers even if these laws are unconstitutional we have to obey them or the government tyrants will jail us for life.

I was at a friends house yesterday watching our blowhard Congressmen talk at Congressional hearing that were show on TV on CNN.It was interesting hearing these blowhards talk.
They ALL said that the Federal government was f*cked up royal. So I guess everybody in the House and Senate knows that government is a screwed up mess.
The interesting oxymoron was that all these blowhard Congressmen said in their speeches that they had a solution to fix the screwed up government. "My plan will fix government once and for all and everything will be wonderful" is what they were saying.
Yea sure *sshole! You are going to fix government for once and for all. Of course that is all we hear from the tyrants in the House and the Senate that they are going to "fix the f*cked up mess in Washington D.C.".
But don't count on it. It has been a mess every since the Federal government started. And nobody has changed it.
Yes there are a few people like Congressman Ron Paul who have voted for change. But when 99 percent of the House and Senate members are thieves who steal our money and give it to themselves and the special interest groups that helped them get into power change ain't going to happen.

Feb 6, 2011 Super Bowl Sunday - Damn somebody swiped my bicycle and I didn't even notice it for a few days. They probably swiped it last Monday or Tuesday.They left my helmet and threw it in a planter box. After looking at it they cut the strap to get it off my bike. They could have just unbuckled it, but I suspect they were in too much of a hurry to do that.
I don't know what they did with the lock. They didn't leave it behind.

I was kind of angry because I went to Wal-Mart and they didn't have any chile tepins? So I went to Fresh and Easy and they didn't have chile tepins either? I was an unhappy camper.So next I went to Frys and they didn't have any chile tepins either.
I was going to go to Food City and see if they had any chile tepins but I happened to walk by a run down Mexican market called "Mercado Del Sol" and I asked them for some chile tepins.
I was very happy when the woman there showed me her spice rack which had lots of chile tepins.
I was a little unhappy that they cost $2 a pack instead of the usual $1.50 or so for a fourth ounce pack of them, but expensive chile tepins are better then no chile tepins.
What are chile tepins?
Chile tepins are the third hottest natural peppers in the world. Chile tepins are pretty much limited to Arizona and northern Mexico.
The reason I buy chile tepins is because they are a lot less expensive then chile habaneros. Also chile tepins are always dried and they are easy to grind up into a powder to use as a spice. But chile habaneros usually are not dried and they are a pain to use because I would have to dry them out before using them.
A friend of my buys ghost peppers mail order which is something I should try. They also go by the name bhut jolokia ghost chilie peppers. In Sri Lanka ghost peppers are called "nai mirris" which means "cobra chili".
I believe the ghost peppers are a strain of chile habaneros which have been genetically bred to make then truly the world's hottest peppers. They are many times hotter then the chile habaneros which are the worlds hottest natural peppers.
This web site ghostpeppers.net has ghost peppers which seem to be sold at a reasonable price. A bag of 10 peppers costs $4. Or you can get 2.6 ounces of ghost pepper chile powder for $13.
My chile tepins cost $8 an ounce at the corner grocery store, so the cost of ghost peppers is cheaper from this site. And if you consider that ghost peppers are much hotter, then you even get more bang for the buck if you buy them from this site mail order.
They even sell seeds so you can grow your own ghost peppers.
Sunday Feb 13 - First day I went barefoot this year
The last couple weeks we had some really cold weather, almost record breaking cold weather and I froze my butt off.Saturday and Sunday it started to get almost warm.
On Saturday I left wearing my coat, a sweater and a sweatshirt and when the afternoon came I was awful warm. I removed everything but my t-shirt when I was walking home because it was so warm.
On Sunday I didn't leave until the late morning so I didn't bother wearing my coat and sweater. I was wearing a sweatshirt and it was so warm I had to take it off.
It was warm enough that I took off my sandals and walked a few miles barefoot.
I don't know how warm it got but the high today is supposed to be 80°F.

It's going to be another great day with above normal temperatures ranging from 74-79 in the Valley. Expect partly cloudy skies by this afternoon and light south winds.
Clouds increase tomorrow, ahead of our next storm, along with an increase in winds as well. Warm temperatures in the 70s will remain tomorrow, but once the storm passes, temperatures will plunge back into the 60s for the rest of the week.
A cold front is heading toward Arizona, and will bring a chance of rain and snow to the state tomorrow. The snow level will start out at around 7,500', and then drop down to 7,000', with little to no accumulation expected. Areas that do see accumulating snow could get from 1"-2".
Rain chances move into the Valley Wednesday night, early Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts will be light from this first storm ranging from just a trace in some locations, up to a quarter of an inch within heavier showers.
Temperatures will take a dive on Thursday, behind our cold front. Valley highs drop back down into the mid 60s and the High Country will see afternoon highs in the 30s and 40s again.
Another storm is on the way this weekend, which looks to be a bigger weather-maker. We pick up a better chance of Valley rain and mountain snow with this one. It's a bit early to pinpoint just how much we will get, but the closer the storm gets, the better handle we'll have on that. One thing we do know is that cool temps remain with Valley highs in the low to mid 60s.

A tour of the Chandler City Hall
I took a tour of the new Chandler City Hall. It was pretty boring.I was kind of surprised. They let us in the building with out searching us for guns and drug. Hell they didn't even ask for a government issued photo ID.
It is really not much of a tour.
They took us to the top floor and gave us a walk around it.
First they let you look out the windows to the west. Wow! I got to see South Mountain and the Estrella Mountains. Big stinking deal.
Next we went into the Mayor's Office. Whoppiee!!!!!
It is on the northwest corner of the building on the top floor. It is a big stinking office. Why the mayor gets such a big stinking office I don't know. They said the mayor comes in every day and does some work. I suspect that is just to pretend to the voters that he actually does something.
Next we went down the hall and saw all the offices of the other city council members. Boy those offices are tiny compared to the mayors office.
Then we went around to the south side of the building and stared out those windows.
And of course after that they led us to the elevator and kicked us out of the building.
Police Officers think they should be above the law
In this Arizona Police Officers think that they should be above the law and have special rights that the rest of us citizens don't have.For us civilian that means we are guilty till proven innocent, while cops in general are innocent even if they are guilty because they got guns and badges.
If you ask me cops should be held to a higher standard then civilians, but the cops want it exactly opposite of that, where cops can get away with almost any crime they commit.
Brrrr - Cold weather
A big monster rain storm moved into to Phoenix from Los Angeles and it rained all day. It wasn't torrential rain, it only drizzled and we had light rain on and off all day.The rain clouds kept the heat in and despite the krappy rainy weather it didn't get too cold.
On the other hand the next two days when the cloud cover left it got colder then krap.

Congressman David Schweikert event in Scottsdale
On Thursday, Feb 24 I went to an event hosted by U.S. Rep. David Schweikert at the main Scottsdale Library. The only reason I went was a friend asked me to go. I would never waste my own time to go see a government tyrant shovel the BS.The event seems like a place for Rep. David Schweikert to shovel the BS and get votes for his reelection in 2012.
He gave a presentation on the budget. He showed a bunch of fancy charts and graphs showing how much money our Congress was spending.
Then of course he said almost all of the spending was mandatory vs discretionary and that it could not be stopped. I think something like 60 percent of the spending was mandatory.
Of course that is a bunch of BS. Mr. David Schweikert is one of the royal members of the US. Congress and has the capability of voting to repeal any damn mandatory spending he wants, so while he may say the spending is mandatory HE has the power to repeal it.
Rep. David Schweikert also had the gall to lie and tell us that Congress has stopped spending on earmarks. What BS.
Overall it was a big waste of time.
There were several Scottsdale cops there to protect Rep. David Schweikert from his serfs. I wonder, could a normal person who held and event get several cops to protect him?
At the event David Schweikert employees took lots of photos of people asking questions. I suspect these photos will be used in Rep. David Schweikert reelection efforts to show that everybody loves David Schweikert and that he should be reelected.
Sadly a number of private citizens that came to the event seemed to feel that the system isn't corrupt and that Rep. David Schweikert could some how fix the broken system.
Of course Rep. David Schweikert also gave us that message. He said he was going to fix the budget and save our grandchildren.

For the last 80 years that is all I have heard. The newly elected Congressmen and Senators tell us the system is f*cked up royal and they are going to fix it.

Some Laws I would like to see passed
This is just wishful thinking on my part, with the assumption that we are going to have government forced on us.
In reality I am a Libertarian Anarchist and I don't think any government should be allowed to rule over you, unless you give that government consent to rule over you.
And of course if you give a government consent to rule over you, you should always have the option of revoking that consent.
