As I was walking out of the Chandler Library a
Black woman was walking into the library at the same time.
I think it was a Black woman.
We don't have photo graphic memories so it might not have
been a Black woman.
As we were both passing thru the electronic security gates the alarm went out. Who set the alarm off? Hell I don't know. I certainly didn't set it off. Did the Black woman set off the alarm? It is easy for me to assume she set off the alarm because I know I didn't set off the alarm. But that could be an incorrect assumption. Maybe the alarm just went off randomly? Maybe both of us set off the alarm because of some weird unknown factors? Who knows how the alarm got set off. But either way I continue walking outside. Some guy yelled at me several times and ordered me to come back. Because of that I assumed I was under arrest. As I walked back thru the alarm a 2nd time it didn't go off. That should have told the guy who arrested me that I didn't have any contraband on me and he should have released me. He didn't. Instead he ordered me again to walk thru the alarm. Again while I was under arrest I walked thru the alarm and it didn't go off. I am not sure and think he ordered me to walk thru the alarm at least one more time. But in any case the alarm didn't beep off one since time since he arrested me. Now as I look at my notes on the arrest I wrote down that: He ordered me to walk thru the gate twice.So I suspect I am correct on that. After that the guy told me I was free to do. Before leaving I asked the guy who falsely arrested me for his name. He said he would give me his business card. But he didn't. Instead he wrote his name down on a piece of paper. It is: Peter PerreaultI asked him if he had an employee number of government number he could give me and he said no. I asked for the date and he said it was December 20, 2010, which is correct by me. The day of the week is Monday and it is the last Monday before Christmas. Christmas is this Saturday. I got the time from my watch. It was: 14:26 or 2:26pmAgain that seems right because the last time I looked at the clock it was after 2pm |
